As-Built BIM and facility management modeling
We have extensive experience in as-built BIM modeling (up to LOD 500), as demonstrated by our BMW facility management and fire protection model projects.
For these projects, we create parameterized IFC models based on 3D laser scanning, including IFC FIDS (Facility Identification System) coding — supporting the digitalization of building operation and maintenance.
